Cynthia Scott Ph.D. M.P.H. and Brad Peirce M.A. have over 50 years of combined experience working with businesses and leaders around the globe to help them adapt and evolve, to navigate change, and to develop their organizational and leadership capacities for innovation in this increasingly complex world.

Regenerative Change
We are continuously struck by the value of using living systems a.k.a. nature as a powerful source of inspiration and practical action for restoring life in both inner and outer ecosystems.
We launched Regenerative Change Lab in January 2023 to help leaders see how living systems principles and practices could refresh how they approach personal and organizational change.

Cynthia Scott Ph.D M.P.H.
Cynthia is a change catalyst focused on leaders who want to create conditions for sustainable and regenerative change. She has contributed to social transformation as a leadership Professor, cultural anthropologist, executive coach and strategic consultant.

She currently works with family businesses and mission-driven organizations to build regenerative leaders and teams.
She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from the Fielding Institute, an M.P.H. in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Michigan, and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Brad Peirce MA
Brad is a regenerative leadership coach and a consultant who works with organizational leaders and their teams to develop the mindsets, skills, and culture necessary to navigate complex challenges and change.
He has worked in the field of global sustainability for over 25 years, both as a practitioner and international consultant; advising businesses, nonprofits, and communities on how to cultivate the conditions for sustainable and regenerative change.
He is focused on the human development side of sustainability and regeneration; designing and delivering solutions that help leaders and their teams develop the personal capabilities, relational and team dynamics, stakeholder engagement and culture to elevate their impact and business results while striving for positive change.
Brad earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, a Master's degree in Sustainable Business from The George Washington University, and a BA from Vanderbilt University.
